Congratulations on your upcoming Wedding!!

We would be thrilled to be a part of your special day by creating stunning arrangements that reflect your unique style and vision.

At Bare Roots we are dedicated to bringing your vision to life by collaborating closely with you, ensuring every step and detail resonates with your event.
Steps from the Beginning to Wedding Day:
1. Inquire
Fill out our inquiry form or email Bare Roots and an email will be sent back with details to setting up a consultation.
4. Quote & Welcome
After Signing, an estimate will be emailed over for you to review.
*All estimates are subject to change. Prices vary with different products.
Moving Forward, we will collaborate on vision boards, along with details on bouquets, blooms and design.
2. Questionnaire
We will chat at your consultation about all the details! We will discuss floral visions, budgets and find florals that will be the best match for your special day.
5. Last Details
We will chat 6-8 weeks before the event date to finalizing details and making sure everything is correct and up to date.
3. Making It Official
After our consultation, if Bare Roots is a right fit for you, a contract will be sent over for you to review and sign.
By signing the Contract along with the required Deposit locks your date into our books.
6. Wedding Day
Our team will arrive, execute and set up each design in a caring and timely matter.
For pick-ups and drop offs we will ensure everything is completed and ready to go as soon as arrival.

At Bare Roots we have a variety of services we provide. Please note we are not limited to these services, please inquire about special requests. We understand each Wedding is different and unique in their own ways and we are more than thrilled to create to your ideas and dreams.
A La Carte
average total price of $2,000
A La Carte is a great option if you are looking for a few items. Choose from Personal Flowers, Ceremony Flowers and Reception Flowers.
Delivery available on orders $5,000 or greater.
A La Carte service does not include on site set - up.
Full Service
starting price of $7,000
Our Full Service includes Personal, Ceremony and Reception Florals.
Delivery and Set up.
Styling, Flip, Take down, and Elite Tear Down ( optional )
DIY Service
starting price of $3,000
Are you a DIYer? Then this is the package for you!
A Floral Bulk Order will be through Bare Roots. Come Wedding Week you will to have access to Bare Roots Coolers and Studio to create your arrangements.

Basic Service

Personal and Ceremony Flowers.
Ceremony can include but not limited to entrance arrangements, aisle markers, altar / arch arrangements, guestbook / entrance table arrangements or greenery, ect..
Delivery & Set Up.
Ultimate Plus Service
starting price of $12,000
Our Ultimate Plus Service includes Personal, Ceremony, Reception, Installation and Bridal Shower Florals.
Delivery & Set up.
Styling, Flip, Take down, and Elite Tear Down ( optional )
Additional Services to inquire about:
* Delivery - take away the hassle of picking up your florals, let us delivery to you!
* Set - Up Service - Stress Free when you let us take care of setting up your floral arrangements for your wedding.
* Styling Service - In addition to us setting up your floral arrangements, let us assist in setting up any hardgoods (candles, linens, welcome signs...), ceremony / reception decor.
Any decor that is either rented from us or if you supply your own!
* Flip Service - Need florals moved from ceremony to reception, We can ensure they get moved and set professional and properly as envisioned.
* Tear Down Service - Let us assist in taking down florals and collecting any of Bare Roots Rentals at the end of the night and either divide them out for family to take with, or we will take them and anything that is still in good shape we will donate to area businesses and nursing homes to enjoy.
* Elite Tear Down - We will not only assist with tearing down your florals but if you have your own decor that needs to get taken down we will help collect and pack up in your boxes to make tear down easy at the end of the night.
